Prediktor's philosophy for on-line NIR (Near Infrared Spectroscopy) is to put NIR measurements into a context.
We believe that combining NIR measurements with targets or limits, and continually displaying the results in graphs will make NIR a useful tool for factory operators. Prediktor’s on-line NIR solutions includes special software that gives immediate presentation of NIR measurements, with updates of measurements and averages every second. Prediktor’s software is WEB-based, to assure fast and easy access to your NIR measurements from any PC with Internet connection.
Every customer has their own special production, and their own unique method to use NIR measurements for product consistency and process improvement. Prediktor will customize the solutions to suit your needs.
Prediktor's on-line NIR product is called Spektron. Spektron is currently used in the meat, cheese and animal feed industry.
